Freestyle Session Snowboard
Our freestyle session snowboard takes place in the Snow Park in the ski area First. We start on small, wide boxes and easy kickers. As soon as you have mastered these safely, we venture onto the bigger obstacles and kickers.
The course is adapted to the ability and wishes of the participants.
Lesson Details
- Slope Style: Fakie runs, ollie, slope spins, worm turn, nose tail turns, tail spin, slide out, cross country jumps, 180°, 360
- Park/Rails: Park rules of conduct, fakie rides, introduction to boxing, 180°, slides on boxes, introduction on rails
- Park/Air: Rules of conduct park, basic air, fakie rides, 180°, grabs, switch jumps, jump variations, 360
Suitable for advanced snowboarders (Red & Black League) that would like to get to know the snow park

Can be rented / bought at our Outdoor Shop & Café at Dorfstrasse 103 in Grindelwald
2:00pm First Topstation
In order for the course to take place as advertised, we need at least 4 participants. If there are fewer registrations, we will inform you the evening before the course. If there are 2-3 participants, there will be shorter lessons (at the same price). If there is only one enrolment, group lessons cannot take place; we will offer you private lessons as an alternative.
Booked group lessons can be cancelled by the participant up to 5pm on the evening before the first day of the lesson without incurring any costs. Cancellations after this time with a valid medical note will also be 100% refunded. Participants will be charged 100% for all other cancellations made after 5pm on the evening before the lesson.
