Yoga & Climbing

In this morning vinyasa yoga session, the focus is on exercises for a healthy balance to climbing. The exercises involve stretching heavily used muscle regions, compensating for muscular imbalances and strengthening important structures. The dynamic and flowing sequences centre on hip mobility, shoulder strength and mobility, strengthening the finger muscles, core stability and balance. The yoga lesson is designed to build up in intensity and concludes with a short final relaxation (shavasana). So, you can start your day with lots of fresh energy.
