Itinerary
Meeting pointsYour winter adventure begins at the OUTDOOR Base in Interlaken. There, you will be greeted by your guide and equipped with everything you need: snowshoes, suitable winter boots (if needed), and poles.
After a short introduction, you travel together to the starting point. The route leads through winter scenery and quieter areas, setting the tone for the experience ahead.
On site, you receive an introduction to the technique and equipment. You learn how to move safely in the soft snow and what to watch out for when walking with snowshoes.
Then you start wondering into a snowy winter terrain: silent forests, bright clearings, frozen streams. The crunch of snow underfoot accompanies every step.
After about an hour, you take a short break. A warm drink helps you recharge while taking in the surroundings. The second part of the tour leads back along calm trails, with steady footing all the way.
After the tour, you travel back together. Time to relax, exchange impressions, and look back on the experience.
You return the equipment and say goodbye to the group. A quiet sense of tiredness remains, along with the memory of moving through a winter landscape at a calm, unhurried pace.

General weather info
Weather can influence any tour, and a clear decision is often only possible on the day itself. We review conditions carefully and remain within our safety limits, and bad weather alone does not mean we have to stop.
Make sure we can reach you with current contact information in case your booking changes. Silence from us means your tour is still planned or the final call is not yet made. If we need to cancel, you can rebook, choose another activity, or get a full refund.
