General Terms for Photo and Video Packages
We do our best to capture all moments of your tour. However, technical issues with the camera or memory card can occasionally occur.
• In case of a complete failure, you will receive a full refund.
• If only part of the footage is missing, we will refund the amount proportionally.
• We are not liable for technical defects or data loss.
• Outdoor Switzerland retains ownership of all original footage (RAW). These are not released.
• You receive only the final, edited video or photos.
• Outdoor Switzerland may use photos and videos for advertising purposes without restriction – online and offline.
• For safety reasons, personal cameras, phones, or other recording devices are not allowed during the activity.
No Cameras on OUTDOOR Activities
• The only exception: On the jetboat, hands-free mounts like head or chest straps are allowed.
• For skydiving, post-event orders are unfortunately not possible.
• For all other activities, you can order your photo or video package up to 120 days after the experience.
• After that, all footage is deleted. Further processing is no longer possible.
