Meeting point is at the OUTDOOR Base in Interlaken.
Briefing
At the Base your guide will welcome you, explain the tour process, and distribute the equipment: wetsuits, life-jackets, shoes and helmets.
Transfer
The drive takes only a few minutes. The starting point is about 5 km from where the river joins Lake Brienz, in a peaceful area with views of the surrounding mountains.
Activity
Before the boat goes into the water, there is an age-appropriate safety briefing. The children learn how to behave in the boat, and the adults receive paddling tips. The route is calm, with small waves and a steady current. The tour lasts about 45 minutes and ends in Lake Brienz. Finish the tour with a jump into the turquoise waters of the lake.
Return Trip
After getting out, the shuttle takes you back to the Base in Interlaken. The return trip takes about ten minutes.
End of the Tour
At the Base, you return the equipment, shower and change. Afterwards, enjoy a complimentary drink to toast the experience.
