Adult Weekend Group Ski Lessons
Even as adults there are still plenty of new things to learn - why not learn how to ski? In our small groups of up to six individuals you can make the most of our skilled instructor's tips and tricks.
We welcome beginner and intermediate skiers in our Blue League lessons, advanced skiers in our Red and Black League lessons:
Beginners & Intermediate
Our Blue League lessons are aimed at beginners and intermediate skiers. The beginner lessons cover adaptation to skiing, walking with skis, gliding in the fall line, breaking in snowplough and snowplough turns. In our intermediate lessons we teach you how to slide sideways as well as the transition from snowploughing to a parallel ski position.
Advanced & Expert
Are you an advanced skier who would like to learn more about skiing and improve your skiing technique? If yes, our advanced group lessons for adults are perfect for you! Depending on your ski level, our lessons cover parallel turns, short turns as well as carved turns. You have the opportunity to work on your dynamic skiing style as well as gain first experiences skiing off piste. We ski at the First, Männlichen and Kleine Scheidegg ski areas.

- Complete ski equipment (20% discount available at Outdoor rental shops)
- Ski clothes (rentals available at Outdoor rental shops)
- Ski pass (depending on which level you are)

Group and Private lessons can be cancelled by the participant up to 5pm on the evening before the lesson without incurring any costs. Cancellations after this time with a valid medical note will also be 100% refunded. Participants will be charged 100% for all other cancellations made after 5pm on the evening before the lesson.
